This week’s WWE NXT edition continues the buildup to the Vengeance Day PLE. This show will also take place immediately after TNA Genesis, which featured some NXT talent.

Two matchups have been confirmed for this show, but the lineup is anticipated to become even more crowded. Oba Femi’s reign over the NXT Championship is already off to a rocky start. On the January 21 episode of NXT, Femi will defend his championship against a motivated Eddy Thorpe, who also thinks he deserves the gold.

While these two must find a means to vanquish each other, the impending threat of Trick Williams’ reappearance should not be overlooked. Regardless, Femi will not let his rule end easy, although Thorpe may have him figured.

Tony D’Angelo and Ridge Holland have been feuding for a while. D’Angelo now has the NXT North American Championship, placing the belt at the center of this conflict.

This is expected to be a tense event because D’Angelo and Holland do not get along. The question is: who will go above and beyond to claim the championship and bragging rights?

Where will the 01/21 WWE NXT be held?

The January 21 card of WWE’s NXT will be telecasted live from the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. WWE NXT has already started building up for their next PLE. As the WWE NXT Deadline approaches, this week’s episode will keep on building towards the PPV.
