AEW All Out is set to emanate from Scotiabank Arena!
All Elite Wrestling is gearing up to deliver the 2025 edition of All Out in September, while WWE is currently set to deliver Clash in Paris at the end of 2025 and Crown Jewel 2025, which is set for October.
However, according to a new report, WWE is set to host a Premium Live Event this September, scheduled for the same day as AEW’s All Out pay-per-view.
Post Wrestling‘s John Pollock and Brandon Thurston, citing multiple sources familiar with WWE’s event schedule, confirmed that an unannounced Premium Live Event from WWE is set for Saturday, September 20, in Indianapolis, Indiana.
The date clashes with AEW’s All Out pay-per-view at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto. The start time for the event has not yet been confirmed, while All Out is set to kick off its pay-per-view broadcast at 8 p.m. Eastern. The report adds that WWE did not immediately respond to our request for their comment.`
For the first WWE’s main roster PLE will clash with the AEW PPV
While in recent times multiple WWE shows and PLEs have collided with AEW’s PPVs, this will be the first occasion a WWE main roster PLE will take place on the same day as an AEW pay-per-view.
The Stamford-based promotion has intensified its counter-programming against AEW’s major events in 2025. AEW’s last two PPVs, Double or Nothing in May and last month’s All In Texas, went head-to-head with NXT PLEs, Battleground, and Great American Bash, respectively.
Additionally, the July date featured a main roster Saturday Night’s Main Event airing on NBC, which overlapped with All In. NXT Heatwave and AEW Forbidden Door are also scheduled for August 24, ramping up the counter-programming tactics.
AEW All Out 2025 will be held outside the United States for the first time
The 2025 edition of the All Out PPV will emanate from Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and will mark the first time the show will be held outside the United States. The PPV will follow the upcoming Forbidden Door PPV, which is set for August 24.
The 2025 edition of Forbidden Door is, as usual, co-produced by All Elite Wrestling (AEW) and New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW), and is set to emanate in August for the first time and the first to take place outside North America.
The fourth edition of the show is scheduled for Sunday, August 24, 2025, at The O2 Arena in London, England, during the United Kingdom’s August Bank Holiday weekend.
When is WWE’s September PLE taking place?
According to Post Wrestling, the yet-to-be-announced WWE PLE is scheduled for Saturday, September 20, 2025, in Indianapolis, Indiana.
What AEW event will it go head-to-head with?
It will air on the same day as AEW’s All Out pay-per-view, which is set for the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto.
