WWE Raw Tonight: Oba Femi chooses Roman Reigns for SummerSlam; Iyo Sky-Liv Morgan brawl & other possible spoilers

Tonight’s Raw starts early from New Jersey.
WWE Raw returns on June 29, 2026, from Atlantic City with massive Night of Champions fallout. Oba Femi is expected to officially target Roman Reigns for SummerSlam 2026.
Night of Champions 2026 delivered one of the most eventful Saudi Arabia PLEs in recent memory. Oba Femi became the 2026 King of the Ring. Iyo Sky was crowned Queen of the Ring. Sami Zayn shocked the world by pinning Cody Rhodes to capture the Undisputed WWE Championship for the very first time.
Iyo Sky already called her shot against Liv Morgan. Sami Zayn walks in as the new WWE Champion, and CM Punk’s return looms large. Now, WWE Raw heads to the Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey, for a special early start at 6 PM ET / 3 PM PT.
Roman Reigns, Cody Rhodes, CM Punk, Oba Femi, Liv Morgan, and Rhea Ripley are all listed as featured superstars for tonight’s double-taping. The July 3 edition of SmackDown will also be pre-taped at the same venue.
The road to WWE SummerSlam 2026 in Minneapolis is now fully underway. With so many big stories ready to explode, here are four possible spoilers for tonight’s Monday Night Raw.
4. Oba Femi officially targets Roman Reigns for SummerSlam 2026
As the new 2026 King of the Ring, Oba Femi has earned a World Title match of his choosing at SummerSlam. At Night of Champions, The Ruler made it clear he is coming for Roman Reigns and the World Heavyweight Championship.
Tonight’s Raw is the most likely stage for Femi to make that challenge official on the mic. A face-to-face confrontation with Reigns in Atlantic City would be must-see television. WWE has been protecting and building Femi aggressively since his main roster debut, and pointing him toward Reigns is the move that makes him a true top guy.
Either way, a Femi promo targeting a world champion tonight is a near certainty.Femi still has unfinished business with Brock Lesnar from their rivalry earlier this year. WWE could factor that in as well, adding another layer to the Bloodline drama in Atlantic City.
3. Liv Morgan-Iyo Sky WWE SummerSlam showdown heat-up

Iyo Sky wasted no time after her Night of Champions win. Moments after being crowned the 2026 Queen of the Ring, she pointed directly at Liv Morgan and named her as the opponent for SummerSlam.
Tonight on Monday Night Raw, that feud is expected to pick up pace in a segment between the two women. Liv has been a dominant Women’s World Champion under the Judgment Day umbrella, and Iyo has unfinished business with both the title and the faction.
The feud has natural heat. Sky is a former Women’s World Champion who knows exactly what it takes to dethrone Morgan. Expect Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez to get involved tonight as Judgment Day looks to make a statement before SummerSlam.
2. Lyra Valkyria’s shocking heel turn puts Bayley on notice
Nobody expected Lyra Valkyria to be the one to snap. For weeks, WWE teased a Bayley turn that never came. Instead, it was Valkyria who blindsided her tag team partner after yet another loss, delivering one of the most surprising heel turns on Raw in recent memory.
The attack caught the entire locker room off guard. This is the first time in Lyra’s WWE career that she has operated as a villain, and fans are waiting to see what version of her emerges on the other side. A calculated, ruthless Valkyria with a clear edge could be a completely different performer.
Tonight on Raw in Atlantic City, the fallout from that turn is expected to take centre stage. Bayley will want answers and likely revenge. Valkyria, now unleashed, may not be in the mood to explain herself. A confrontation between the two is a near certainty, and it could set up one of the more personal feuds on the Raw women’s roster heading into SummerSlam season.
The timing also opens the door for both women to find new directions. Bayley chasing Valkyria keeps her relevant on the Road to SummerSlam, while a fully committed heel Lyra has title contender written all over her.
1. CM Punk makes his long-awaited return to WWE programming

This one is the wildcard, but the timing is perfect. CM Punk has not been seen on WWE television since the night after WrestleMania 42, when he and Cody Rhodes came face to face in a segment that teased a future championship collision.
Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer reported that Punk was pushing hard for his return to take place on the July 6 Raw in Chicago, his hometown. However, with Zayn now the WWE Champion and Cody suddenly free of the title picture, the night after Night of Champions in Atlantic City is an equally compelling option.
WWE has listed CM Punk as a featured superstar for tonight’s double-taping in New Jersey. His return on this show, with Zayn holding the title and Cody Rhodes looking for answers, would immediately ignite one of the most anticipated programs of SummerSlam season.
Whether it happens tonight or next week, Punk’s comeback is imminent. And when The Best in the World walks through that curtain again, the Raw landscape changes overnight.
