Gunther kicks off the show
Monday’s episode of WWE Raw will originate from the SSE Arena in Belfast, Northern Ireland, with General Manager Adam Pearce confirming updates to the show lineup.
Pearce announced via social media that Gunther will open the broadcast, which airs at a special start time of 3 p.m. ET (12 p.m. PT) on Netflix.
Fresh off a major victory over AJ Styles, the Ring General is set to address the WWE Universe. As expected, Gunther is likely to speak with his trademark composure and confidence while reflecting on his latest dominant performance.
Becky Lynch (c) vs Maxxine Dupri – Women’s Intercontinental title match
fter multiple setbacks against Maxxine Dupri, Becky Lynch bounced back spectacularly to pin Dupri in their last encounter on the January 5 show. With the win, she regained the Women’s Intercontinental title, spoiling Dupri’s title reign in her second title defense.
Both women are now set to meet once again inside the squared circle in a rematch for the title. Dupri is looking to right the wrongs from their last encounter and further a 3–2 lead in the series against one of the greatest competitors in the division, while Lynch aims to even the score and prove her dominance once again.
CM Punk (c) vs Finn Balor – World Heavyweight title match
Finn Balor confronted World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk during last week’s show, asking for a title shot, which Punk immediately granted, but Balor wanted home-field advantage and instead wanted it in Belfast.
The Champion agreed, with the promotion later confirming the World Heavyweight showdown. This will be Punk’s second title defense, while Balor, who has vowed to bring the World title to the Judgment Day, will be battling for the World title for the first time since SummerSlam 2023.
Je’Von Evans vs El Grande Americano
The Red Brand’s rising star Je’Von Evans is set for action once again. After an impressive victory over Bravo Americano last week, the 21-year-old sensation will look to continue his momentum when he goes one-on-one with El Grande Americano in a highly anticipated matchup on the show.
Rey Mysterio, Penta and Dragon Lee vs Bronson Reed, Austin Theory and Logan Paul
Rey Mysterio will join forces with Penta and Dragon Lee as the trio looks to overcome the powerhouse combination of Bronson Reed, Austin Theory, and Logan Paul in a blockbuster six-man tag team match on WWE Raw.
The clash pits speed, experience, and aerial offense against raw power and arrogance from The Vision. Elsewhere, General Manager Adam Pearce reaffirmed Bron Breakker’s suspension, adding a cheeky reminder that the volatile star is expected to watch Raw from home. Given Breakker’s unpredictable nature, however, doubts remain over whether he will actually comply.
