The August 11 episode of WWE Raw emanated from Quebec City!

The August 11 episode of Monday Night Raw aired live from the Centre Videotron Arena in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada. As announced, CM Punk kicked off the show and was confronted by LA Knight for costing him the title match against Seth Rollins last week.

Paul Heyman interrupted the segment alongside Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed, leading to a tag team match between the four in the main event. However, the main event clash ended in disqualification as Rollins attacked Punk and then started beating down both Knight and Punk.

This led Jey Uso to dart in with a steel chair and aid the two stars. GM Adam Pearce then announced that Rollins will defend the WWE World Heavyweight title in a fatal four-way match against Jey, Knight and Punk.

Furthermore, Dominik Mysterio and El Grande Americano defeated AJ Styles & Dragon Lee in a tag team match, while Sami Zayn vs Rusev ended in DQ as Solo Sikoa & the MFTs (Talla Tonga, JC Mateo & Tonga Loa) attacked.

Additionally, Roxanne Perez pinned Iyo Sky, while Becky Lynch submitted Maxxine Dupri to retain the Women’s Intercontinental title.

During the August 11 episode, the promotion also announced a singles match for the next week’s show. GM Adam Pearce was busy on the phone with SmackDown’s GM Nick Aldis after kicking out Solo Sikoa and the MFTs when he was confronted by Austin Theory and the New Day (Xavier Woods & Kofi Kingston).

Woods and Kingston asked Pearce to take care of the ‘Penta problem’ with Woods pointing out that the hat that Penta tried to destroy was over $ 12,000. Theory even asked to take care of the problem or pay for the hat himself.

However, Pearce was in no mood to hear that if Woods has a problem with Penta, he can deal with it next week in a singles match with Penta. ‘The Second City Saint’ CM Punk is announced for the show and will likely continue the build towards Clash in Paris.

The show will also continue the build towards Clash in Paris PLE and will likely announce more matches for the show. The August 18 episode of Monday Night Raw will air live from the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Additionally, ‘The OTC’ Roman Reigns is also confirmed for an appearance on the show and judging by the current scenario, it seems like he will be battling Bronson Reed at the upcoming PLE, Tribal Chief vs Tribal Thief.

Women’s World Champion Naomi is also set for an appearance to address her future, as announced by Joe Tessitore on the August 15 episode of Friday Night SmackDown.
