The December 22 show featured the return of Becky Lynch.
The December 22 episode of Monday Night Raw emanated from the Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In the first match of the show, Asuka pinned Rhea Ripley, with little help from Kairi Sane, as Iyo Sky failed to aid Rhea.
Becky Lynch made her return for the first time since Survivor Series, voicing her complaints on the Women’s IC title loss. Maxxine Dupri confronted Lynch and applied the Ankle Lock, forcing Lynch to tap out again.
On the other hand, Je’Von Evans defeated Rayo, while Bayley pinned Roxanne Perez, amid miscommunication between Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez.
In the main event of the show, Austin Theory and Bronson Reed defeated CM Punk and Rey Mysterio. Bron Breakker flatlined CM Punk to close out the show, ahead of their title clash on the first Raw of 2026.
The final Raw of 2025 will emanate from Florida

During the December 22 show, WWE announced multiple matches for the final Red brand’s show of 2025. Two title matches will close out the year for Raw in style.
This week, at the request of Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer, General Manager Adam Pearce has officially booked a triple-threat match with the title on the line, pitting Vaquer against Raquel Rodriguez and Nikki Bella.
Furthermore, following their return, The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso) defeated The New Day (Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston) and have now set their sights on the titles. They are scheduled to face the World Tag Team Champions, AJ Styles and Dragon Lee, in a championship match as they look to reclaim tag title glory.
Unlike this week’s show, WWE has not pre-taped next week’s show. The final Raw of 2025 is set to emanate live from the Kia Center in Orlando, Florida. The show is sandwiched between the WWE Holiday Tour.
