WWE Raw Results & Summary
Sami Zayn and Roman Reigns opened the night
The WWE Undisputed World Champion arrived on Raw and looked for some respect. Roman Reigns cut short his speech and surprisingly tried to lure Zayn to join him against 946. As Sami Zayn indirectly refused to be part of the faction now, Reigns reminded Zayn that he might not hold the Undisputed title till the Crown Jewel 2026.
There was huge support for OTC, who stood tall against Sami Zayn in the face-off; it certainly had some fire from SmackDown’s champion. Penta’s arrival amped up the atmosphere, but he had a match next against Bron Breakker and decided to remain silent.
Grade: A
Penta vs Bron Breakker
Bron Breakker looked to make a statement against Penta in the opening match of Monday’s show, dominating the early exchanges with suplexes and a powerful clothesline. Despite losing his balance while attempting to catch Penta during a dive, Breakker regained control and drove his opponent into the announce table during the commercial break.
Penta eventually fought back, surviving a devastating Frankensteiner and interference from Austin Theory. Breakker nearly secured victory with a mid-air spear, but the resilient luchador kicked out. Theory then attempted to use the briefcase, only for Je’Von Evans to intervene. Evans took out Theory before striking Breakker with the briefcase, allowing Penta to deliver the Mexican Destroyer and secure the victory.
Winner: Penta
Grade: B+
Insights & Backstage Moments:
- Roman Reigns was leaving the arena but stopped for a quick interview. He mentioned that he tried to add Sami Zayn to Bloodline again to face 946, but now he’ll have to think of his plans again.
Chelsea Green and IYO SKY vs Judgment Day (Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez)
WWE Women’s Champion Chelsea Green teamed up with Iyo Sky to face The Judgment Day’s Roxanne Perez and Women’s Intercontinental Champion Raquel Rodriguez on RAW. The heels initially endured their opponents’ offence before isolating Sky and controlling the match through the commercial break.
After finally tagging Green into the contest, Sky watched the champion turn the tide with an explosive comeback. Despite late interference from Liv Morgan, Green and Sky managed to secure the victory. Green took out her Crown Jewel opponent and Perez on the floor, allowing Sky to capitalize inside the ring. The Genius of the Sky delivered a hurricanrana into a rollup to pin Perez and seal the win for her team.
Winner: Chelsea Green and IYO SKY
Grade: B-
JD McDonagh vs Joe Hendry
Joe Hendry faced JD McDonagh in singles action amid their ongoing month-long rivalry, with a person wearing a McDonagh Funko Pop head adding an unusual distraction. The competitive contest was also disrupted by Dominik Mysterio’s presence at ringside, where he struck Hendry’s masked associate with a guitar.
Hendry appeared close to securing victory, but Mysterio interfered at a crucial moment. McDonagh capitalised with a devastating headbutt to defeat Hendry and claim the win.
Winner: JD McDonagh
Grade: C-
Lola Vice vs Lyra Valkyria
Lyra Valkyria faced Lola Vice following a backstage incident that intensified their rivalry. Valkyria initially controlled the contest, targeting Vice’s back just nine days after her Money in the Bank ladder match appearance. However, Vice fought back with a spinning heel kick, prompting Valkyria to respond with a powerful baseball slide-style kick.
The match took a dramatic turn when an unknown assailant grabbed Valkyria’s foot at ringside. Bayley then revealed herself as the attacker, distracting Valkyria and allowing Vice to connect with the MIA backfist for the victory.
After the match, Bayley and Valkyria continued fighting, with The Role Model challenging Valkyria to a match the following week.
Winner: Lola Vice
Grade: B+
Insights & Backstage Moments:
- Stephanie Vaquer is with GM Adam Pearce, and Becky Lynch interfered. She put the idea in Pearce’s mind about a possible match next week as the number 1 contender for the Women’s title. Pearce notes that he will book a match between the two once Vaquer is medically cleared.
Chad Gable (c) Rey Fenix vs Rey Mysterio (Intercontinental Championship)
Rey Mysterio challenged Chad Gable for the Intercontinental Championship in his hometown of San Diego, with Dragon Lee also involved in the contest. Gable continued his impressive run since dethroning Penta at SummerSlam and delivered another top performance.
Both Rey Fenix and Mysterio came close to winning the title as they countered every move. Mysterio, with 619, looked to close out the win, but Gable survived and later rolled up the Hall of Famer for the win. Fans chanted ‘This is awesome’ as the match exceeded expectations.
Following the match, Mysterio showed respect to Gable, but the moment was interrupted when Ethan Page and Big Cass launched a surprise attack. Page targeted the champion, laying him out before posing with the Intercontinental Championship, signaling his intentions to challenge for the gold.
Outside, Cass brutalized Lee by delivering a devastating chokeslam onto the guardrail. The post-match assault left both Gable and Lee vulnerable, while Page made a clear statement about his championship ambitions. Gable’s successful defence continued his dominance, but the unexpected attack suggested that his next challenger could emerge from this confrontation.
Winner: Chad Gable
Grade: A+
The Bloodline calls out 946
The Usos opened the show’s closing segment by calling out 946, prompting Royce Keys, Carmelo Hayes, Lucien Prince, and Bronco Nima to arrive with Jaida Parker. Solo Sikoa initially helped his brothers gain momentum, but Hayes attacked his knee with a crowbar, allowing the faction to overwhelm them.
Keys taunted Sikoa by telling him to inform Roman Reigns. The OTC then arrived, joined his Bloodline in fighting off the attackers, and stood tall to close the show.
Roman Reigns heroic arrival, and then the Bloodline’s takedown, certainly was like a Hollywood film as the storyline gains momentum.
