Reigns has been absent from programming since the men’s WarGames match at Survivor Series 2025, where his team suffered defeat against Team Vision.
Jacob Fatu’s return
Self-Made Pro also reports that Jacob Fatu is expected to make his return soon, with internal plans potentially bringing him back as early as SmackDown’s upcoming episode in Berlin.
Fatu was written off TV due to a non-wrestling injury, and rumors have been swirling about his return during the Three Stages of Hell match between Cody Rhodes and Drew McIntyre this Friday.
Main roster call-up for Jacy Jayne
According to a recent report from Fightful Select, NXT Women’s Champion Jacy Jayne has been discussed for a main-roster call-up. To kick off 2026, WWE has promoted multiple NXT talents to the main roster, including Je’Von Evans, Trick Williams, and Jordynne Grace.
Jayne recently defeated Women’s Evovle Champion Kendal Gray to retain the NXT title at the 2026 edition of NXT New Year’s Evil.
