The Miz is still with WWE

WWE has made some surprise decisions, and R-Truth and Carlito are no longer with the business. Both celebs made the announcement yesterday on their own social media accounts, leaving fans surprised. Despite this, the Miz’s activities have caused doubt about his role with the sports entertainment behemoth.

A few hours ago, fans discovered that the A-lister had unfollowed WWE on his X account. Furthermore, the former IC Champion has erased any references to the company from his X/Twitter bio, raising questions among fans regarding The Miz’s position in the company.

Following R-Truth’s release, The Miz posted a heartfelt message on his social media sites. The star stated that creating the Awesome Truth tag team was one of the highlights of his career. He also expressed his love for the veteran and wanted him to continue shining. The Miz writes:

It appears that unfollowing WWE on social media is a means for The A-Lister to communicate his dissatisfaction with the publication of Truth. Regardless, The Miz remains a WWE star and a member of the company.

Liv Morgan & Dominik Mysterio to appear at AAA World’s Collide

A couple of Raw stars are expected to take the stage at WWE and AAA’s Worlds Collide event on Saturday, June 7.

Six weeks after WWE announced the acquisition of Lucha Libre AAA during WrestleMania 41 weekend, the two organizations will partner up for Worlds Collide, a unique crossover event held this Saturday at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California.

Many WWE talents from Raw, SmackDown, and NXT will compete in the five presently announced matchups at the event, including Chad Gable, Stephanie Vaquer, Legado Del Fantasma, and Ethan Page, among others.

With Saturday’s event just days away, Fightful Select has announced two more names that might appear at Worlds Collide: The Judgment Day’s Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan.

According to Fightful’s sources close to the show’s creative, Mysterio and Morgan have been considered for an appearance, with early signs suggesting they will appear in a segment rather than a bout.

WWE trying to bring in Savio Vega for AAA World’s Collide

According to PWInsider (via Fightful), WWE is considering adding Savio Vega to their upcoming Worlds Collide event with AAA in Los Angeles on Saturday.

Vega’s last WWE appearance was at Backlash in Puerto Rico in 2023. Lince Dorado and Hector ‘Moody Jack’ Melendez will also be working the event. Melendez plans to continue working with AAA.
