While addressing Jacob Fatu’s current dental issue that has sidelined him from WWE action,  Bryan Alvarez on Wrestling Observer Live stated that he believes Fatu will likely be back by the Survivor Series weekend. “I believe he will be back maybe by Survivor Series weekend.”

Fatu was written off TV during last week’s SmackDown before his number one contender’s match for the Undisputed WWE title against Drew McIntyre.

WWE using AI

A top WWE star told Fightful Select that concerns over AI in WWE creative are overblown, saying, “Michael Hayes, Ed Koskey, and Paul Heyman are not AI.”

Furthermore, Fightful also reported that while WWE has had AI software for years, it’s rarely used and functions more as a glorified creative assistant. Its primary roles include organizing production materials and removing background noise from specific shots.

Sami Zayn losing the United States title

During the October 17 episode of SmackDown, Ilja Dragunov made his return to answer Sami Zayn’s US title open challenge. The two stars delivered an incredible match with Dragunov pinning Zayn to become the new Champion, after Solo Sikoa’s appearance distracted Zayn.

According to Bodyslam.net, it was reportedly Sami Zayn who made the decision to drop the United States Championship to Ilja Dragunov on SmackDown.
