WWE Saturday Night's Main Event January 2025: Match card, news, timings, telecast details

This will be the second edition of WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event following its resurrection in 2024.

WWE is bringing the second edition of the vintage show, WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event, taking place on January 25, 2025, at the Frost Bank Center in San Antonio, Texas. This comes after the success of the first edition back in December 2024, when the popular NBC show was revived after years.

Much like the last edition, WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event from San Antonia, Texas, is also expected to be a blockbuster. Multiple superstars such as Jey Uso, Gunther, Braun Strowman and Jacob Fatu have been announced for the show.

Furthermore, the vintage show is expected to feature WWE legends and Hall of Famers, much like the last show and a night filled with memorable in-ring bouts and moments. Hulk Hogan is also reported to be making an appearance on the show. Gunther vs Jey Uso

WWE World Heavyweight Champion Gunther is set to defend his title once again at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event against Jey Uso. The YEET Man has a tall task ahead as he has never beaten The Ring General but seems laser-focused on dethroning him to win his first World title.

Bron Breakker vs Sheamus

Sheamus will look to clinch the one title that he has not claimed in his WWE career, the Intercontinental Championship. However, standing in his way is the dominant champion and the man who has defeated him in the past, Bron Breakker, at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event.

Braun Strowman vs Jacob Fatu

Following the events of the January 17 edition of SmackDown, Braun Strowman will collide against the dangerous Jacob Fatu in a clash of the behemoths at the show.

Rhea Ripley vs Nia Jax

After Nia Jax lost her WWE Women’s title and has been getting involved in Rhea Ripley‘s business for weeks, The Irresistible Force will look to challenge Mami for her WWE Women’s World title at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event.

Contract signing between Cody Rhodes & Kevin Owens moderated by Shawn Michaels

The heated tensions between Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens have escalated to a different level in recent weeks. The duo will meet at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event to sign the contract for their ladder match for the Undisputed WWE title taking place at the Royal Rumble PLE. However, this contract signing will be moderated by San Antonio’s own Shawn Michaels.

• In the United States, the show can be watched live on Saturday, Jan. 25 at 8 PM ET, & 5 PM PT on Peacock and NBC.
• In Canada, it will be aired live on Sportsnet NOW at 8 PM ET, & 5 PM PT.
• In the United Kingdom & Ireland, the show will be live on Sunday, Jan. 26 at 1 AM on WWE’s YouTube.
• In India, the event will be live on Sunday, Jan. 26 at 6.30 AM IST across Sony Sports Network (Sony Liv, Sony Ten 1, Sony Ten 1 HD, Sony Ten 3, Sony Ten 4, Sony Ten 4 HD).
