WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event Results - Danhausen defeats JD McDonagh in chaotic showdown with help from New York Knicks star Karl-Anthony Towns

Minihausens and a cloning machine turn the match into complete madness.

Danhausen survived Judgment Day interference and one of the most bizarre sequences in WWE history to defeat JD McDonagh in a No Disqualification Match at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event in July 2026.

The match featured everything from outside brawling and repeated interference by Dominik Mysterio to Minihausens, a cloning machine, and an unexpected appearance by NBA star Karl-Anthony Towns before the Very Nice Very Evil star finally ended the chaos with an inverted DDT.

McDonagh wasted no time taking control after Danhausen attempted to unleash one of his trademark curses. JD avoided it immediately, rolled to the outside, and launched a relentless attack by repeatedly smashing Danhausen’s face into the announce desk.

Back inside the ring, McDonagh continued to dominate with a splash and a crushing brainbuster, but Danhausen somehow kicked out. Dominik Mysterio added to the humiliation by wiping Danhausen’s jersey on his shoes before McDonagh kept the pressure on with strikes and an elbow drop to the spine.

Momentum finally shifted when the Very Nice Very Evil star recovered his jersey and began firing back with punches of his own. A Manhattan Drop, followed by a lariat, brought the crowd to life before Dominik rushed into the ring and was immediately planted with a Northern Lights Suplex.

Danhausen stayed on the attack with a charging back elbow before McDonagh nearly stole the victory with a roll-up. Moments later, Danhausen countered another brainbuster attempt into a Stundog Millionaire, only for McDonagh to survive by kicking out “at the last fraction of a second.”

Judgment Day quickly stacked the odds once again. Mysterio held Danhausen in place while McDonagh unloaded with a series of headbutts before the duo ripped off Danhausen’s jersey and retrieved a table from beneath the ring.

As Judgment Day prepared to put Danhausen through the table, the match descended into complete absurdity. Three Minihausens suddenly appeared and briefly overwhelmed McDonagh and Mysterio before both Judgment Day members regained control.

The WWE sensation then placed his stuffed black cat inside a mysterious cloning machine. Seconds later, the machine activated and transformed the cat into NBA star Karl-Anthony Towns, who stormed into the fight and cleared out Judgment Day with a series of massive chokeslams.

With McDonagh finally isolated, Danhausen capitalized on the opening. He locked in an inverted facelock and drove McDonagh into the mat with a devastating inverted DDT to score the pinfall victory and cap off one of the wildest No Disqualification Matches of the year.
