The road to Italy took another dramatic turn as Jade Cargill scored a massive statement victory over WWE Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event. Teaming with B-FAB and Michin, Cargill outlasted Ripley, Alexa Bliss, and Charlotte Flair in a chaotic six-woman tag team showdown.
With Ripley and Cargill set to collide in a rematch in Italy, the match was built around momentum, and by the end of the night, it was Cargill standing tall after pinning the champion clean in the center of the ring.
Rhea Ripley and Jade Cargill’s rivalry explodes before Italy
Rhea Ripley and B-FAB kicked off the contest at a frantic pace before Alexa Bliss entered and immediately injected speed into the match. Bliss caught Michin with a stiff knee strike before Charlotte Flair slowed things down with her technical offense.
Flair controlled the middle portion of the match, but Michin, B-FAB, and Cargill quickly isolated her in the corner. The trio repeatedly tagged in and out, keeping Flair trapped while wearing her down with quick offense and frequent double-team attacks.
Michin nearly secured the win after a suplex and top-rope headscissors, but Flair survived long enough to create separation and finally tag Rhea Ripley into the match.

Rhea Ripley stormed into the bout with clotheslines, slams, and a missile dropkick that completely shifted momentum. She looked moments away from victory after setting up Rip Tide, but Cargill repeatedly inserted herself into the action to protect her team.
Michin briefly stunned Ripley with a near-fall before Bliss tagged in and cleaned house with a tornado DDT. The action quickly spiraled into chaos as bodies flew around the ring and momentum swung wildly between both teams.
Michin connected with a Styles Clash on Flair, only for Ripley to break the pin. Jade Cargill then entered the ring, throwing superkicks at everyone in sight before finally locking eyes with Ripley in the showdown fans had been waiting for.
The two powerhouses traded strikes in the middle of the ring, but Ripley gained the upper hand with a devastating Rip Tide. Just when it looked like “The Eradicator” had secured victory, Michin interrupted the cover and saved the match.
Flair and Ripley briefly teased tension before combining for stereo slams. The three then embraced, but the distraction allowed Jade Cargill to capitalize. She flattened Ripley with a thunderous Jaded slam and pinned the WWE Women’s Champion in a huge statement victory ahead of their clash in Italy.
