The Vision retains tag team gold after a controversial ending involving Paul Heyman.
The WWE Men’s World Tag Team Championships returned to Saturday Night’s Main Event for the first time since 1992, and the historic title defense ended in absolute chaos as The Vision (Logan Paul & Austin Theory) narrowly escaped with the championships intact against The Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins).
Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins entered the bout determined to reclaim tag team gold, while Austin Theory and Logan Paul relied heavily on arrogance, distractions, and outside interference throughout the match.
With less than a couple of minutes remaining in the broadcast, the opening stages unfolded at a surprisingly slow pace. Ford and Theory circled each other while Dawkins danced and Logan played to the crowd, drawing frustration before the match finally shifted into gear.
Street Profits rally back after early control from The Vision
Theory eventually took control with a shoulder block before Logan Paul tagged into the match to continue slowing the pace down. Paul attempted to overpower Ford with a test-of-strength exchange, but Ford answered with athletic armdrags and dropkicks that finally ignited the crowd.
Dawkins entered and immediately helped The Street Profits build momentum with quick double-team offense. The challengers even knocked Theory and Paul off the apron, forcing the champions to regroup alongside Paul Heyman at ringside.
Shockingly, The Vision briefly attempted to walk out on the match entirely before The Street Profits chased them back toward the ring and forced the action to continue.
Once control returned to the champions, the pace became much more physical. Theory distracted Dawkins long enough for Logan Paul to land a brutal uppercut before the champions isolated Dawkins on their side of the ring.
Paul and Theory repeatedly cut off every attempt Dawkins made to reach Montez Ford for a tag. Logan delivered another splash while Theory stomped away at Dawkins’ hand and body to wear him down further.

The momentum finally shifted after Dawkins countered Logan with a neckbreaker and reached Ford for the hot tag. Ford exploded into the match with high-energy offense, flying off the top rope onto Theory before powerslamming him in the center of the ring.
The Street Profits looked moments away from victory after combining for a devastating Doomsday Device on Theory, but the champion somehow kicked out at two.
Chaos erupted near the finish as Ford launched himself onto both champions at ringside. Bron Breakker suddenly stormed down to interfere, but Dawkins neutralized him by sending him crashing into the announce table.
Ford later scored what appeared to be the winning pinfall on Theory, only for Paul Heyman to place Theory’s foot on the ropes to stop the count.
That distraction proved costly. Ford confronted Heyman at ringside, leaving himself vulnerable as Logan Paul blasted him with brass knuckles behind the referee’s back. Theory quickly capitalized with the pinfall to retain the WWE Men’s World Tag Team Championships.
