The Undisputed WWE Title will be on the line tonight!
The second SmackDown of the year marks the start of the WWE European Tour and we are now well and truly on the Road to Royal Rumble 2026. The 9 January 2026 episode of the Blue Brand will be held at the Uber Arena in Berlin, Germany.
The European Tour also means the return of special start times and the show will be broadcast live for audiences globally on Netflix. But unfortunately, for fans in the United States, the show will air at its normal time and will be in some ways pre-taped.
Three top matches have already been announced for the show, with some rivalries reaching boiling point and some top stars expected to feature on the show, including Randy Orton, Damian Priest & more. With the Blue Brand now also moving to the three-hour format, fans can also expect some exciting debuts/returns, as reports suggest NXT stars are being called up to the main roster.
Cody Rhodes will defend his Undisputed WWE Title against ‘The Scottish Psychopath’ Drew McIntyre in a Three Stages of Hell match. The Three Stages are as follows:
- Number three: a Steel Cage match
- Number one: a Standard match
- Number two: Falls Count Anywhere
While Wyatt Sicks and the MFTs continue their feud with an eight-man tag team match. SmackDown’s newest signing, Trick Williams, is set to take on Rey Fenix in his in-ring debut on the main roster.
