Blake Monroe will make her in-ring debut tonight on WWE SmackDown.
Live from the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, the August 21 edition of WWE SmackDown tonight will feature the in-ring debut of Blake Monroe, along with two title matches and much more.
Despite making her main roster debut before SummerSlam, Monroe has mostly been making appearances in backstage segments. Tonight she will make her in-ring debut against Giulia, whom she attacked in her first on-screen appearance on SmackDown.
On the other hand, Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton are both advertised to appear on the show following last week’s brawl that saw both men at each other’s throats.
Among the title matches announced for the show, the newly crowned WWE Tag Team Champions Tama Tonga and Talla Tonga will defend their titles in a rematch against former Champions, R-Truth and Damian Priest.
In the marquee showdown of the show, Undisputed WWE Champion CM Punk will defend the title against the number one contender Kevin Owens. Both men have engaged in fiery promo battles that have turned very personal, and fans are expecting a gruelling battle between the two.
