Two title matches were announced for the 8/23 episode of Friday Night SmackDown!
The August 23, 2024 episode of Friday Night SmackDown will be aired live from the Capital One Arena in Washington D.C, United States. With Bash in Berlin PLE, just one week away from Saturday, WWE has booked some interesting matches and segments for the show.

- WWE Tag Team Championship Match- The Bloodline (Tama Tonga & Jacob Fatu) (C) vs The Street Profits
- WWE United States Championship Match- LA Knight (C) vs Santos Escobar
- Six-Woman Tag Team Match- Naomi, Jade Cargill & Bianca Belair vs Blair Davenport, Alba Fyre & Isla Dawn
WWE Tag Team Championship Match- The Bloodline (Tama Tonga & Jacob Fatu) (C) vs The Street Profits

Last week on SmackDown, The Street Profits defeated #DIY to become the #1 Contender’s for the WWE Tag Team Championship. They will be facing Tama Tonga & Jacob Fatu of The Bloodline this week for the WWE Tag Team Championship. As per speculations, Bloodline will defeat Street Profits to retain the tag team titles.
WWE United States Championship Match- LA Knight (C) vs Santos Escobar

LA Knight will be defending his United States Championship on the line against Santos Escobar in a singles match. As per speculations, Knight will defeat Escobar clean, despite the interference from Angel & Berto.
Six-Woman Tag Team Match- Naomi, Jade Cargill & Bianca Belair vs Blair Davenport, Alba Fyre & Isla Dawn

Naomi, Jade Cargill & Bianca Belair will team together to square off against Blair Davenport, Alba Fyre & Isla Dawn in a six-woman tag team match. As per speculations, Cargill, Naomi & Belair will defeat the heel trio to win the match.

- In the United States, Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico the show can be watched live at 8 PM ET, 7 PM CT & 4 PM ET every Friday on Fox.
- In Canada, SmackDown will be live on every Friday Live at 8 PM ET on Sportsnet 360, Fox & on OLN.
- In the United Kingdom & Ireland the show will be live at 1 AM every Saturday on TNT Sports 1.
- In India SmackDown will be live at 5.30 AM IST every Saturday across Sony Sports Network (Sony Liv, Sony Ten 1, Sony Ten 1 HD, Sony Ten 3, Sony Ten 4, Sony Ten 4 HD).
- In Saudi Arabia the show will be live at 1 PM EDT every Saturday on Shahid.
- In Australia the show will be live at 1 AM AEST every Saturday in Fox8
- In France the show will be live at 1 AM every Saturday on the WWE Network.
