  • Cody Rhodes (c) vs Gunther – Undisputed title match (with Sami Zayn as special guest referee): Cody Rhodes defeated Gunther, courtesy of a quick pin by Sami. After an argument backstage, the match was restarted, where Zayn attacked Gunther, causing a DQ, and then laid out Cody to end the sequence.
  • Backstage, in an interview with Cathy Kelley, Jade Cargill, accompanied by Michin and B-Fab, called out Women’s US Champion Tiffany Stratton for a title showdown at Night of Champions. Meanwhile, Gunther demanded a rematch against Cody, berating GM Nick Aldis.
  • Backstage, Solo Sikoa confronted Jacob Fatu and told him to inform Roman Reigns that his answer was no. Fatu said he was there to ensure no one interfered in the MFTs’ title match and admitted that he believed Solo was making the wrong decision.
    • Shortly afterward, Tama Tonga and Talla Tonga arrived, with Tama informing Solo that he would be staying backstage so Solo’s family issues would not interfere with their own business. Another vignette aired featuring Blake Monroe, where she called out Giulia this time.
  • R-Truth & Damian Priest (c) vs MFTs (Talla Tonga & Tama Tonga) – WWE Tag Team titles: Truth and Priest defeated Talla Tonga and Tama Tonga to retain the Tag Team titles.
  • Backstage, GM Nick Aldis berated Sami for the fast pin, and Zayn pointed out that he was attacked and added that while he didn’t ask to be in the middle of this, he’s not going away that easily. In another segment, Jey Uso and Je’Von Evans engaged in a heated segment before the match.
  • Carmelo Hayes vs Ricky Saints – US title number one contenders match: Saints pinned Hayes, after sending him crashing face-first into the exposed turnbuckle.
  • Backstage, Cody Rhodes requested General Manager Nick Aldis to book a triple-threat match against Gunther and Sami Zayn. Aldis made the match official for Night of Champions. Charlotte Flair, in an interview, cut a promo stating that she is looking for the 15th World Title and would prove to Liv Morgan why she was the Then, Now & Forever.
  • Backstage, Danhausen was doing experiments on The Miz and Kit Wilson when Los Garzas confronted him for not cursing the New York Knicks. Matt Cardona made the save, and Danhausen thanked Zack Ryder.
  • Backstage, Finn Balor approached R-Truth, who shared an elaborate plan that he believed would help Balor earn a championship opportunity against Rikishi. Balor quickly dismissed the idea, but Truth reminded him that once someone was part of Judgment Day, they remained family for life. Damian Priest arrived, and Truth floated the idea of a celebration, but Priest asked him not to count him in.
  • King of the Ring tournament Semifinals – Jey Uso vs Je’Von Evans: Jey defeated Evans to punch his ticket to the final of the tournament. He will now face Oba Femi in Riyadh at Night of Champions.
  • Backstage, Solo Sikoa became convinced that Reigns sent Jacob Fatu to get inside his head. Solo told Fatu: if Roman wanted to involve his family, then maybe he would send his own family to Roman’s show and cause problems for Reigns’ family as well. On the other hand, Giulia called out Kiana James for a match next week.
  • Women’s US Champion Tiffany Stratton, during an interview with Cathy Kelley, accepted Jade Cargill’s challenge, making another title showdown official for the show. In another segment, Fatal Influence (Jacy Jayne, Fallon Henley & Lainey Reid) cut a promo, where Jayne called out one-half of the Women’s Tag Team Champion Paige for a match next week.
  • Backstage, Cody Rhodes ran into Jey Uso and congratulated him on the win, noting that he’s an easy man to find. Cody left, and Sami arrived and said that he would be the one to walk out with the title at Night of Champions. Zayn asked what they would do once that happens, and Jey replied  Zayn knows him, he’ll do what he has to.
  • Backstage, Jade Cargill, Michin, and B-Fab confronted Charlotte Flair before the latter’s main event match against Liv Morgan. The three attacked Flair, targeting her left knee. Flair made the walk for the match despite the medic advising her not to.
