This week’s SmackDown will feature an appearance from Brock Lesnar!

The September 12 episode of Friday Night SmackDown is set to air from the Scope Arena in Norfolk, Virginia, USA.

Multiple big names including Brock Lesnar, WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton, Randy Orton and Jade Cargill are advertised for the show. The promotion has also announced a grudge match as well as a title match.

Drew McIntyre vs Randy Orton

Randy Orton and Drew McIntyre are set to settle the score inside the squared circle next week as they go head-to-head. The two stars are locked in a fierce feud which reignited when Orton RKOd McIntyre two weeks ago. This match announcement has also sparked speculation of the return of Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes.

Following their backstage interaction last week, WWE announced a title rematch where WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton will defend the crown against Jade Cargill. This will be their first meeting since SummerSlam, where Tiffany defeated Cargill to retain the title.

‘The Beast Incarnate’ Brock Lesnar made his first appearance since SummerSlam 2025 and once again took out John Cena with vicious F5s. The two stars are now set to lock horns at the upcoming Wrestlepalooza.

Ahead of the scheduled clash, Lesnar is set to make an appearance on this week’s show. On the other hand, last week’s appearance was Cena’s final SmackDown appearance and he is now set to appear on next week’s Raw.
