Two Money in the Bank Qualifying matches are set for the show
The 2025 edition of Backlash concluded on May 10th in St. Louis, the main event of the PLE saw John Cena defeat his career-long rival, Randy Orton, to defend the Undisputed WWE title for the first time since winning it at WrestleMania 41.
The Stamford-based promotion is now set to deliver the fallout show of Friday Night SmackDown from Backlash 2025.
The show will feature developments that transpired at the PLE, the promotion will also start the build towards the upcoming Saturday Night’s Main Event and Money in the Bank 2025. Following in the footsteps of Monday Night Raw, the Blue brand will likely announce matches for the May 24 edition of SNME.
