WWE SmackDown is a professional wrestling flagship television show hosted by the world’s largest professional wrestling promotion, WWE. This is one of the longest running successful WWE weekly TV shows, since 1999.
After a chaotic night at the SmackDown USA Premiere last week, WWE has set the stage for some of the great matches and segments. As we are just a few hours away from the September 20, 2024 episode of WWE SmackDown, here we take a look at the details of the location, start time, match card and everything you need to know about this week’s show.
Where will the 9/20 WWE Raw be held?
WWE is all set to host the September 20, 2024 episode of Friday Night SmackDown aired live from the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, California, United States. With just two weeks away from Bad Blood 2024 PLE, WWE has booked some of the interesting matches and segments for the show. The Golden 1 Arena has the capacity to hold a total of 19,000 fans at the same time and the seats are set for a total of 13,700 fans, with only a few tickets available.
Matches & Segments confirmed for 9/20 SmackDown
- Roman Reigns & Cody Rhodes are announced to appear live together seeking common grounds ahead of their tag team match against Bloodline at Bad Blood.
- The United States Champion LA Knight will be defending his title on the line against Andrade in a singles match.
- After Green’s attack on Michin last week, Michin will look for revenge against Chelsea Green in a Dumpster match.
- Nia Jax & Tiffany Stratton will be squaring off against Bayley & Naomi in a tag team match, where if Bayley or Naomi gets the win the winner will get the WWE Women’s Championship title shot at Bad Blood. On the other hand, if Jax & Stratton win, the loser will leave SmackDown permanently.

- In the United States, Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico the show can be watched live at 8 PM ET, 7 PM CT & 4 PM ET every Friday on the USA Network.
- In Canada, SmackDown will be live on every Friday Live at 8 PM ET on Sportsnet 360, Fox & on OLN.
- In the United Kingdom & Ireland the show will be live at 1 AM every Saturday on TNT Sports 1.
- In India SmackDown will be live at 5.30 AM IST every Saturday across Sony Sports Network (Sony Liv, Sony Ten 1, Sony Ten 1 HD, Sony Ten 3, Sony Ten 4, Sony Ten 4 HD).
- In Saudi Arabia the show will be live at 1 PM EDT every Saturday on Shahid.
- In Australia the show will be live at 1 AM AEST every Saturday in Fox8
- In France the show will be live at 1 AM every Saturday on the WWE Network.
