Calyx Harmony Hampton (born August 26, 1999), better known by her ring name Sol Ruca, is an American professional wrestler currently signed to WWE. Originally part of NXT, Ruca was part of the main-roster call-up after WrestleMania 42.
She joined the Monday Night Raw roster after an incredible career in NXT, where she captured the NXT Women’s North American title and the WWE Women’s Speed title simultaneously, becoming one of the few stars to do so.
Before joining WWE, she was a standout acrobatics and tumbling athlete, most notably competing for the University of Oregon in gymnastics. Ruca kicked off her pro wrestling career in 2022, signing a developmental contract with the WWE.
Without any prior experience, Ruca quickly rose to the top with her flashy moves and her innovative finisher, a springboard frontflip cutter, aka ‘the Sol Snatcher.’ She made her in-ring debut in June 2022 during a live event.
