Four WWE stars set to make their SummerSlam debut in Minneapolis

WWE SummerSlam will see multiple debuts this year.
WWE SummerSlam is just days away from taking over the US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The show is scheduled for August 1 and 2 and is expected to be a major hit, given the stellar match card the company has put together.
Interestingly, there will be four WWE superstars who will have their SummerSlam debut this year in Minneapolis:
4. Nick Aldis
Nick Aldis will take off his SmackDown General Manager suit and don his wrestling gear to square off against Gunther in a singles match at SummerSlam.
The Ring General has been pushing Aldis’ buttons and laying major beatdowns on him in recent weeks. Aldis took revenge by costing him his match at Saturday Night’s Main Event. Now, the duo will settle it in the ring, marking Aldis’ debut at SummerSlam.
3. Danhausen
Danhausen has become one of the top attractions for WWE television since his debut at the Elimination Chamber this year. He will make his SummerSlam debut in a match against Dominik Mysterio.
With the former AEW star causing major trouble for the entire Judgment Day faction, it will be interesting to see his first-ever performance against Dirty Dom at SummerSlam 2026.
2. Royce Keys
Royce Keys has been a dominant force since his WWE debut at the 2026 Royal Rumble event. The SmackDown star will team up with Solo Sikoa and LA Knight to battle Jimmy Uso, Jey Uso, and Jacob Fatu in a six-man tag team match at SummerSlam.
This will mark his debut at the Biggest Party of the Summer, and he is expected to deliver a power-packed performance at the event.
1. Oba Femi
Oba Femi has one of the biggest matches in his SummerSlam debut this year. He will battle none other than Brock Lesnar in a Hell in a Cell match.
This will be the third match in this epic rivalry, and it will be a tall task for Femi to beat Lesnar in his hometown and in a match he has never lost so far. Regardless of that, Oba Femi has one of the marquee matches on the card and is expected to go head-to-head with The Beast.
