A change in finishing maneuvers could benefit some current WWE superstars

WWE superstars are some of the most enthralling, larger-than-life personalities, known for their captivating gimmicks and in-ring acumen that is displayed in front of fans each week on their live television programming.

A major part of that in-ring performance is a WWE superstar’s finishing move that often becomes synonymous with them. However, the current crop of stars can also benefit from a change in finisher. Here is a look at five WWE superstars who need new finishers:

5. Liv Morgan

The current WWE Women’s World Champion, Liv Morgan, has become the talk of the town on Monday Nights with her romantic advances towards Dominik Mysterio. With her newfound high-level success, Morgan could tune up and match her popularity with a power-packed finishing move, moving away from Oblivion and bringing about a new finisher to the ring.

4. Logan Paul

Logan Paul has risen to the ranks of a top-tier WWE superstar in only two years of his tenure. Moreover, that time brought him immense success, top-level matches with stars like Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins, and even his 250+day reign as the WWE United States Champion. To bring a major transition to his in-ring style, Paul could introduce a prominent finisher to his arsenal, something that the fans can relate to when they see The Maverick in a WWE match.

3. Bayley

Bayley has been a cornerstone for the WWE women’s division for almost a decade. The Role Model has been known to bring changes to his in-ring acumen and persona over the years, and it could be time for Bayley to make another one. The current WWE Women’s Champion’s previous finishers, Bayley to Belly Suplex and Rose Plant, have not garnered much appreciation from fans, so she could switch to a new finisher that could become known by her legacy.

2. Jey Uso

Jey Uso has been one of the most popular acts on the Monday Night RAW roster. His captivating personality and YEET movement have taken Monday nights by storm. Jey Uso could introduce a new finishing maneuver to his arsenal to match up to his new level of fame and seemingly move away from his Samoan tag team legacy to build a successful singles career.

1. LA Knight

LA Knight is among the most captivating and rising stars on the SmackDown roster. The leader of the YEAH movement has all the tools to become a top-level WWE superstar. However, fans have not been able to resonate with his current finisher, the BFT. Knight could switch up his arsenal and introduce a new and attention-capturing finishing move to elevate his status further.
