Bron Breakker reigned supreme

The WWE Intercontinental Championship was on the line in this intense triple-threat match as defending champion Bron Breakker faced Sheamus and Ludwig Kaiser at WWE Survivor Series 2024. With three distinct styles clashing, the match delivered a blend of raw power, technical prowess, and chaotic unpredictability.

The action kicked off at the WWE Survivor Series with Breakker and Sheamus trading blows before Breakker hurled the Celtic Warrior with a belly-to-belly suplex that sent him tumbling out of the ring. Kaiser seized the opportunity to attack Bron Breakker but was quickly cut off. He introduced a steel chair into the mix, wedging it in the corner, only to be overwhelmed by both opponents’ brutal strikes.

Kaiser showcased his cunningness, taking Breakker out with a baseball slide and delivering a dropkick to Sheamus that sent him into the steel steps. The Austrian then launched Sheamus into the announce desk, but his momentum was short-lived as Breakker countered with a thunderous shoulder tackle and a suplex.

Banger after Banger after Banger

The crowd erupted when Breakker dove off the apron with a lariat, earning a shocked reaction from commentator Michael Cole. Meanwhile, Sheamus rallied with his signature Beats of the Bodhrán, hammering both opponents with devastating strikes. Not stopping there, Sheamus dove off the barricade with a double lariat, wiping out Breakker and Kaiser in a spectacular display of aggression.

With chaos reigning, Sheamus sent Kaiser crashing into the timekeeper’s area with a shillelagh. He then squared off with Breakker inside the ring, the two trading haymakers. After crotching Breakker on the top rope, Sheamus delivered a High Cross, but the champion powered out. Breakker responded with a jaw-dropping avalanche Frankensteiner, but a missed spear sent him careening into the chair in the corner.

Sheamus capitalized with a Brogue Kick, but Kaiser pulled the referee out of the ring, preventing the pinfall. The German used the shillelagh to his advantage but was cut off by Sheamus. Kaiser hit the Square Hammer DDT and appeared close to victory when Breakker suddenly re-entered the fray.

The champion delivered a ferocious spear to Kaiser, sending him flying out of the ring, before lining up Sheamus for another devastating spear. This final blow secured Breakker the pinfall and allowed him to retain the Intercontinental Championship in a grueling battle.
