These Champions have tough opponents in front of them!

The saying that there is no off season for WWE is more true than right now in the aftermath of WrestleMania 41 as the conclusion of the ‘Grandest Stage’ has seen two mega events, namely Backlash and Saturday Night’s Main Event and the promotion is now set to deliver the 2025 edition of Money in the Bank.

The stacked calendar means a tough road ahead for the current Champions and few titles will likely change hands in the coming months. Here we take a look at the top five WWE titles that are likely to change hands soon.

5. Intercontinental Championship

The Intercontinental title is currently held by Judgment Day’s Dominik Mysterio, he captured the title at WrestleMania 41, emerging on top in the fatal four-way match pinning his own stablemate Finn Balor.

However, the current power struggle in the faction and Finn Balor intentionally causing rift might hurt Mysterio as Balor too has his sights on the title and has likely not forgiven Dominik for pinning him.

4. World Tag Team Championship

The New Day (Xavier Woods & Kofi Kingston) are the current World Tag Team Champions who recently defended the title in a triple-threat match against the War Raiders (Erik & Ivar) and American Made (Julius & Brutus Creed).

However, they managed to retain the titles with the help of American Made who will likely demand a rematch for their co-operation. It won’t be easy for The New Day to retain their titles, as the two strong challengers could bring their reign to an end.

3. WWE Tag Team Championship

The Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins) have delivered on amazing title defenses since winning the WWE Tag Team titles. While it seemed like Fraxiom (Nathan Frazer & Axiom) who pinned them in a non-title match are going to do the same in the title clash, but Street Profits retained their title.

However, the results wasn’t a sigh of relief for them as the Wyatt Sicks  (Uncle Howdy [Bo Dallas], Erick Rowan, Dexter Lumis, Nikki Cross & Joe Gacy) made their return and laid out even DIY and MCMG who were ringside. Uncle Howdy has warned that they will not stop untill they get what’s owed, which seems like bad news for the Street Profits and their title reign.

2. Women’s World Championship

Iyo Sky defeated Rhea Ripley before WrestleMania 41 to capture the title and then defended it in a triple-threat match against Ripley and Belair to retain it at WrestleMania 41. Ripley has recently made her intentions clear that she wants the title back, the addition of Roxanne Perez and Stephanie Vaquer has also made things complicated for the Champion and the MITB ladder match likely means another formidable challenger for Sky.

1. Women’s United States Championship

Zelina Vega currently holds the Women’s United States Champion, she is the second Champion since the introduction of the title last year. Vega has been able to fend off interferences from the Secret Hervice (Piper Niven & Alba Fyre) to retain the title against Chelsea Green.

However, Giulia too has made her intentions clear that she will be hunting down the Champion and Green too has likely not given up on recapturing the title and is just biding time to recover from injury.
