Rhea Ripley made her WWE return in style

A significant WWE talent made her return from injury on next week’s edition of RAW to join a Survivor Series WarGames squad! She became the last member of the team.

This comes after WWE RAW for next week was pre-recorded on this week’s episode. The Survivor Series WarGames match will have The Bloodline main event, but it isn’t the only traditional 5 v 5 match. It looks like the women’s division will also have one, as Rhea Ripley has returned from injury to join a squad.

Nia Jax, Tiffany Stratton, Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodriguez and Candice LeRae came out this week to face Jade Cargill, Bianca Belair, IYO SKY, and Naomi. All of the stars are feuding with one another, but now Rhea Ripley has returned. She appeared with a protective mask on her face and joined Belair, Cargill, Sky & Naomi to be in the team.

What happened on WWE RAW?

Before these women could team up, Cargill and Belair defeated Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez, although WWE Women’s Champion Nia Jax, Miss Money in the Bank Tiffany Stratton, Naomi, and IYO SKY, the number one challenger to Morgan’s championship, all interfered.

Morgan and Belair started the match. Belair began to pummel Morgan in the corner, but Rodriguez distracted her and allowed Morgan to retaliate.

Cargill exited her corner to take down Rodriguez, and the battle quickly devolved. Belair almost struck Cargill outside the ring after going for Morgan, suggesting further conflict between the champs. Jax and Stratton, who were beaten by the tag team champions on “WWE SmackDown” on Friday, returned.

Stratton distracted the referee, and Jax eliminated Cargill. After Belair broke up Rodriguez’s pin attempt on Cargill, Stratton distracted the referee once more, but it was Naomi who came down the ramp and took her down before Morgan hit her with an Oblivion. Morgan then tagged in, was struck with a KOD, and Belair pinned her for the win.

Jax and Stratton attempted to continue beating down the champs following the contest, but SKY intervened to square the odds. To close the program, the babyfaces stood tall in the ring, presumably setting up seeds for WarGames match involving everybody involved.
