The stage construction is underway at Allegiant Stadium.
According to PWInsider, WWE’s production crew started work on the WrestleMania 42 setup at Allegiant Stadium on Sunday evening, six days before Night 1 of the ‘Grandest Stage.’
The report also notes that the construction was delayed by a few days because the stadium hosted the opening shows of Bruno Mars’ “The Romantic Tour” on Friday and Saturday.
WWE itself confirmed that the stage is under construction during the final Raw in Sacramento. The promotion also provided a sneak peek from the stadium where the construction is underway.
In the video, there’s constant movement of crew and equipment, and workers can be seen assembling large panels and platforms. The Allegiant Stadium will host the second-Mania in a row, as the 41st edition of the PLE emanated last year from the same venue.
WWE only has a few days to complete the stage, which has led many fans to speculate about the stage quality they might be able to achieve in such a short time. However, they will have to wait until the official stage reveal before Mania.
The 42nd edition of WrestleMania will take place as a two-night event on April 18 and 19 at Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada.
