Brock Lesnar destroys John Cena!
Brock Lesnar and John Cena clashed in one of the most anticipated matches of 2025 WWE WrestlePalooza, and the result was nothing short of chaos.
The Gainbridge Fieldhouse crowd in Indianapolis erupted from the moment Brock Lesnar stepped into the arena, and the energy only intensified when John Cena made his iconic entrance flanked by local children dressed in his classic gear.
Cena soaked in the dueling chants of âLetâs Go Cena/Cena Sucksâ before Paul Heyman surprised everyone by making his way down to introduce his longtime associate, Brock Lesnar. The stage was set, and the tension in the air was palpable.
Brock Lesnar dominates early
The bell had barely rung when Lesnar exploded out of the corner, smashing Cena into the turnbuckle with a violent shoulder strike.
A thunderous clothesline followed, sending Cena crashing to the mat and flipping inside out. Lesnar then tossed him across the ring with frightening ease, showcasing his signature power.
Cena barely had a chance to recover before being drilled with an over-the-shoulder powerslam and a German suplex that left him reeling.
The Beast Incarnate showed no mercy, mauling his opponent in front of a stunned Indianapolis crowd. For a moment, it seemed like Cena wouldnât even have the chance to mount any real offense.
John Cena fights back before Brock Lesnar ends it
True to his never-give-up spirit, Cena battled back. He rallied with a flurry of shoulder blocks and followed with three consecutive Attitude Adjustments, bringing the arena to its feet. He nearly had Lesnar pinned, but The Beast powered out at two.
Cena then set up for the Five Knuckle Shuffle, but Lesnar rolled away at the last second. From there, the momentum was gone. Lesnar scooped Cena onto his shoulders and delivered not one, not two, but six consecutive F5s. By the time the sixth landed, Cena was motionless, and the referee counted the decisive three.
Brock Lesnar defeated John Cena via pinfall, cementing another dominant victory on his legendary rĂ©sumĂ©. But Lesnar wasnât finished.
He circled back into the ring, floored the referee with an F5, and dropped another on Cena for good measure. The camera caught stunned reactions in the crowd, including NBA star Tyrese Haliburton, who couldnât believe the destruction they had just witnessed.
Despite the brutal loss, Cena managed to stand and walk to the top of the ramp. He turned back, gesturing to the crowd as if to signal heâd left everything in the ring. The audience roared their appreciation, chanting âThank you, Cena,â as the night closed on an emotional note.
