Rey Mysterio and Omos headline a historic Las Vegas night as WWE and AAA collide once again.
TripleMania 34 kicks off its first-ever two-night run this Friday, September 11, with Night 1 emanating from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada — marking the first time the AAA showcase has touched US soil since 1996.
The card was originally set for the smaller Luxor Hotel & Casino before being moved to the Garden Arena amid heavy ticket demand.
Night 1 arrives on the heels of a stacked WWE-AAA crossover week and is headlined by AAA general manager Rey Mysterio stepping back into the ring against Omos, with a stipulation attached: if Omos wins, his AAA suspension is lifted, and if Rey wins, Omos is banned from AAA for good.
The card also features the AAA World Trios Championship, the AAA Latin American Championship, and a #1 contender’s match for the Reina de Reinas Championship.
