A trip down to Jaekyung past

In the latest chapter, we see Kim Dan having complicated feelings and thoughts about the last night when Jaekyung hugged him.

He realized that Jaekyung misunderstood him as a person who was drowning in the water. He couldn’t believe that Jaekyung had started to care for him. That tight hug was proof of it.

Meanwhile, he also got to know about the old director and coach from Jaekyung’s hometown.

The next day in the hospital, Kim sees that Jaekyung has come to visit his old director. They were both arguing and shouting at each other while catching up. Kim was able to tell that they really get along quite well.

Towards the end of the chapter, we see the old director was taking some notes on the MFC matches to pass his time. A picture from the diary fell off and it was Jaekyung’s childhood photo.

Kim asked him about how Jaekyung was back in the days and the old director replied that Jaekyung was the most aggressive kid he had ever seen in his life.

We have not seen any proper backstory of Jaekyung yet. This might be the first that we might see his past and childhood story in the upcoming Jinx manhwa chapter 72.
