A lacklustre Goan attack hit the post once through Brandon and failed to make their domination on the ball count. Bengaluru moves to the top of the table at the expense of the Goans.
Bengaluru FC
Gurpreet Singh Sandhu- 8.0
The Bengaluru shot-stopper was at his best pulling off several smart stops to deny Goa from scoring. He made a brilliant save to deny Zaid Krouch in the second half. He made five game-changing saves and also dealt with dangerous crosses eight times.
Rahul Bheke- 8.5
Tasked with centre-back duties, Rahul Bheke provided a great example of his versatility with a solid performance. He was at his absolute best stopping several Gaur attacks. The defender made four tackles and also made three crucial blocks.
Harmanjot Singh Khabra-7.5
The defensive midfielder was solid in the first half, preventing Goa's midfield from exhibting their creativity. He was impressive during his stint at left-back, also pulling off several defensive stops. Khabra made seven clearances and also recovered posession from the Goans thrice during the 90 minutes.
Rino Anto- 6.5
Rino made a case for the starting XI with a strong performance. Despite being carded needlessly in the first half, the former Kerala Blasters defender made no mistakes, preventing Goan penetration form his side.
Udanta Singh- 8.5
His pace and skill posed problems for Goan left-back Mandar Rao Desai during the first half. However, the winger was sloppy at times, losing the ball easily. His constant energy was rewarded when he finished beautifully past Naveen Kumar for Bengaluru's second goal, after being put through by Dimas Delgado. He was also active defensively, foiling Goan penetration from the wings.
Nishu Kumar- 4.5

Was constantly kept on the ropes by Jackichand Singh. Got a yellow card for catching the winger too late. His night went from bad to worse when he was sent off in controversial circumstances close to the end of the first half, for another foul on Jackichand.

FC Goa
Naveen Kumar - 6.0
The shot-stopper's fine form in front of the Goan goal continued. He pulled of a great save towards the end of the first half to keep Goa on level terms. He even denied Miku brilliantly in the second half. However, he should have done better to keep out the second and third Bengaluru goals.
Seriton Fernandes- 5.5
Seriton failed to contribute offensively throughout the game, but was solid defensively in the first half. The Goan made two clearances and also denied Bengaluru attackers shooting opportunities thrice.
Mandar Rao Desai- 5.5
Mandar was a valiant figure at both ends in the first half, but his offensive contribution diminished after the break. He was constantly tested by Udanta Singh in the second 45 and had a very indifferent day.
Brandon Fernandes- 5.5
The Goan lad was impressive in the first half, getting in good positions to facilitate the attack. His creativity was a threat for the Bengaluru defence. Had a glorious chance to pull one back for Goa, but his shot was denied by the upright. He had a total of five shots, with two of them troubling the keeper.
Lenny Rodrigues- 6.0
The midfielder played his role efficiently, leading the Goan defence to resist the Bengaluru attack. However, his time at centre-back was tedious as he failed to stop Miku and Udanta from combining. He finished the game with an impressive passing accuracy of 87%.
Jackichand Singh- 5.5
The winger was constantly on the move, using his energy and trickery to trouble Nishu Kumar. Two fouls on him by Nishu prompted the referee to give the Bengaluru full-back his marching orders. However, he was inefficent in the second half and failed to make any sort of impact.
