The event will take place at the iconic Qatar Sports Club and features high-profile athletes from sprint legends to distance specialists gearing up for the 2025 World Athletics Championships in Tokyo.

From Indian interest, two-time Olympic medallist Neeraj Chopra will kickstart his 2025 season in Doha. He will be accompanied by compatriot Kishore Kumar Jena in the men’s javelin throw event while Gulveer Singh (Men’s 5000m) and Parul Chaudhary (3000m Steeplechase) will be the other Indians in action. Barshim is the Qatari national hero and holds the second-highest jump in history at 2.43m which is just 2cm shy of Javier Sotomayor’s long-standing world record.
