The 64th National Inter State Senior Athletics Championships 2025 is set to take place from August 20 to 24 at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Chennai. The five-day competition promises to be action-packed, with several top Indian athletes expected to take the field.
Notably, the tournament will serve as the final opportunity for Indian athletes to book their tickets for the upcoming World Athletics Championships in Tokyo next month.
Athletes can secure direct qualification into the event by breaching the qualification mark in their respective events or by improving their position in the Road to Tokyo rankings.
