India is gearing up for the upcoming World Athletics Race Walking Team Championships 2024 in Antalya, Turkey on April 21, Sunday with diverse representation across various categories. Spearheading the mixed relay team are seasoned racewalkers Priyanka Goswami and Akshdeep Singh as the event introduces a unique dynamic with each team comprising one male and one female athlete racing twice over the marathon distance of 42.195km. With the top 22 racers securing spots for the Paris Olympics 2024, the competition in Antalya will be intense.

The World Athletics Race Walking Team Championships Antalya 24 will draw over 400 athletes representing approximately 50 nations. This prestigious event will take place on a 2km loop course near the Antalya Expo Centre and offer a scenic backdrop with the start and finish line positioned in front of the Expo 2016 Botanical Park.
