US Open a super 300 tournament will start on July 11, 2023. The competition has been held annually since 1954. The 2023 edition will take place in Council Bluffs, Iowa, USA. HS Prannoy is the lone Indian to win the title back in 2017 defeating Compatriot Parupali Kashyap (21-15,20-22,21-12) in an all-Indian final.

In the last edition (2019) Sourabh Verma was the only Indian to reach the Semifinals losing to Tanongsak Saensomboonsuk (9-21,18-21).
