Lee Kin Tat is the only men’s singles player from Singapore to have won the title not once but twice in the year 1963 and 1967. Also Koh Kheng Siong is the only other Singaporean player to have lifted the title in the year 1967 alongside Malaysia’s Oon Chong Hou in the men’s doubles discipline.
