Treesa-Gayatri will spearhead the Indian contingent in Texas.

The US Open 2024 is the 18th tournament of the 2024 BWF World Tour and is also a part of the US Open championships which has been held since 1954. It will take place at Fort Worth, Texas, United States, from 25 to 30 June 2024 and had a total purse of $210,000.

Treesa Jolly and Gayatri Gopichand will spearhead the Texas-bound Indian contingent. After a phenomenal run at the Singapore Open and a strong finish at the Istora Senayan in Indonesia, the pair will look forward to lifting their first-ever BWF World Tour title (S300 and above).

With the top 10 ranked players in women’s doubles opting out of the tournament to prepare for Paris 2024 Olympics, Tresa-Gayatri are seeded second in the BWF Super 300 tournament. This stands their best chance to not only climb up in the rankings, but also clinch their maiden title.

None of the defending champions have registered for the tournament, so new champions will be crowned.
