She is the first woman to secure three World Championship titles.
Carolina Marin is a star Spanish shuttler born on June 15, 1993. She achieved great success, winning an Olympic gold medal, three World Championships and seven European Championships. Marin made history by becoming the first woman to win three Badminton World Championships and lead the European Championship with consecutive wins. Her reign took her to the top of the BWF women’s singles league for 66 weeks. She also won the gold medal at the 2016 Rio Olympics in the women’s singles.
Marin was appointed as the brand ambassador of football major LaLiga and Meliá Hotels International for its promotion in other countries.
