Jasprit Bumrah continues to be unstoppable in the ongoing BGT 2024-25. The leading wicket-taker of the series by a distance, Bumrah took four wickets in Australia’s first innings at the MCG and then proceeded to grab four of the first six wickets in the hosts’ second innings.

Bumrah reached the milestone of 200 test wickets on day 4 of the MCG test. He nipped out Travis Head’s important wicket to claim this special landmark.

Bumrah achieved his 200th test wicket in his 44th test match, the same number of tests as taken by Pat Cummins, Richard Hadlee, Joel Garner, Ravindra Jadeja and Kagiso Rabada to this milestone.
