Ace all-rounder Hardik Pandya has been reportedly ruled out of the Indian team’s next two matches in the ongoing ICC Cricket World Cup 2023. India are scheduled to play Sri Lanka in Mumbai on November 2nd and South Africa in Kolkata on November 5th.

Hardik Pandya has not been part of the Indian team for the past two games, which they won against New Zealand and England. He had hurt himself when attempting to block a shot with his right foot during his follow-through while bowling against Bangladesh in Pune. It seemed like he twisted his ankle. Scans revealed that Pandya had suffered a grade one ligament injury and he visited the NCA in Bengaluru for rehab.
