India vs England match will be played on October 29 at Ekana Stadium, Lucknow in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023.
The upcoming 2023 Cricket World Cup will kick off in India on October 5. England and New Zealand will start the tournament with the opening game in Ahmedabad. Team India will play their first game in Chennai against Australia on October 8. England will enter the tournament as the defending champions and will look to retain their title.
Being the hosts, India will also be one of the favorites to win the tournament. It makes the India vs England match more exciting. This clash will be played at the Ekana Stadium in Lucknow on October 29 (Sunday). Notably, India will get a rest of six days before this match.

The ticket sale will start on August 25 for non-Indian matches. Fans can book tickets for other teams, including the warm-up games. But for the Indian games, it will start on August 30, when fans can book tickets for India’s two warm-up games. For the other matches, tickets will go on sale on August 31.
But tickets for the respective matches will depend on the venues where India are playing. Notably, India will play their nine matches across nine different venues. For the India vs England games, tickets will be available on September 1, along with two more matches against New Zealand and Sri Lanka.
Tickets for India vs England clash at the Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow will be on sale from 1st September, 2023.
