Jasprit Bumrah has picked 14 wickets in three games in the series.

Indian Cricket Team are set to wrestle with England Cricket Team in the fifth test at The Oval, London, commencing on July 31. Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah is highly likely to miss the final game of the series.

Ahead of India’s tour of England 2025, India head coach Gautam Gambhir revealed that Bumrah will only play three games out of five matches during the test series. Bumrah was part of the first, third, and fourth games in the series.

The right-arm pacer has impressed with his performances in the series, picking 14 wickets across three games at an average of 26.0. Bumrah picked five-wicket hauls in the first test at Headingley and the third test at the Lord’s. He is the leading wicket-taker for India with Mohammed Siraj. Hence, his absence will be a big blow for India in the fifth test, especially with series on the line.
