Kolkata Knight Riders full squad for IPL 2024 after auction
Shreyas Iyer will lead Kolkata Knight Riders in the upcoming IPL 2024.
Kolkata Knight Riders concluded IPL 2023 season in the 7th position on the points table, finishing above Delhi Capitals, Sunrisers Hyderabad, and Punjab Kings. In their 14 league games, KKR secured victory in six matches but faced defeat in eight, including some closely contested encounters that could have influenced their standings. Despite their efforts, the team ended with a negative net run rate (NRR) at -0.239.
Notably, Shreyas Iyer is set to return as captain for 2024 season after missing IPL 2023 season due to an injury, providing leadership and experience to the squad.

The overseas players retained include Rahmanullah Gurbaz of Afghanistan, Andre Russell of the West Indies, Sunil Narine of the West Indies, and Jason Roy of England.
