Ryan Rickelton was part of all previous games of MI in IPL 2026.
Mumbai Indians (MI) and Gujarat Titans (GT) are locking horns in match 30 of Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 on Monday, April 20. GT captain Shubman Gill won the toss and opted to field first in the clash, which is taking place at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
GT have shown a spectacular form in recent games, having won their last three matches. They look quite balanced in both batting and bowling.
The Hardik Pandya & Co. have lost their previous four games in a row in IPL 2026. Hence, it was quite obvious that they would make a few changes in the playing XI.
At the toss, Hardik Pandya informed that Danish Malewar is making his debut in the clash. He was picked as a replacement for Ryan Rickelton as an opener in the playing XI. It was quite surprising since Rickelton was part of all five previous games in IPL 2026 and performed reasonably well.
