Mukesh revealed the chat with MS Dhoni

Mukesh Kumar revealed the chat he had with Chennai Super Kings skipper MS Dhoni and said, “I always wanted to meet Dhoni bhaiya and ask him a couple of things. This happened because of the IPL. I met him and the first thing I asked him was, "What exactly does he tell his bowlers as captain? He (MS Dhoni) put his hand around my shoulders and said ‘I tell this to every bowler that till the time you won’t try, you won’t learn’. He said you need to do exactly what you want to do. If you won’t, you will not learn’. He said forget the outcome, and just go and try. He explained this thing really well to me”

Right-arm pacer Mukesh Kumar picked up 7 wickets in 10 games in the IPL 2023. Mukesh has played 39 first-class matches for Bengal and picked up 149 wickets. Kumar has been a magnificent bowler for Bengal and played a crucial role in Bengal’s campaign in the previous Ranji season. Bengal played in the final against Saurashtra but lost the match.
