East Bengal FC have started their ISL 2025-26 campaign with an emphatic statement! Watch the full highlights as the Red and Gold Brigade avenged their previous defeat by crushing NorthEast United FC 3-0 at a roaring Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan (Salt Lake Stadium) in Kolkata.

Despite dominating possession and creating numerous chances in the first half through Nandhakumar Sekar and Miguel Ferreira, Oscar Bruzon's men went into the break level at 0-0.

The deadlock was finally broken in the 66th minute when Bipin Singh floated a delightful cross for new signing Youssef Ezzejjari [66'], who buried a perfect header into the net. Just six minutes later, Ezzejjari [72'] doubled the lead, slotting home his second of the night after brilliant build-up play involving Bipin and Edmund Lalrindika.

In stoppage time, the Brazilian magician Miguel Ferreira [90+2'] put the icing on the cake, finding the far corner with a tight finish after being set up by substitute PV Vishnu, securing East Bengal's first opening league match win in the ISL era.
