Hardik Pandya ruled out of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023, replacement announced.

Team India have been the best team in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 so far. They are the only side that is undefeated in the tournament, and as a result, they became the first team to qualify for the semi-finals with two more games left to play. With seven consecutive wins, India are at the top of the points table. India will face South Africa and Netherlands in their two matches.

However, ahead of the knockout stage, India suffered a massive blow as star all-rounder Hardik Pandya, who was recovering from his ankle injury, was ruled out of the remainder of the tournament. He twisted his ankle in the game against Bangladesh at the MCA Stadium in Pune and was on the side-lines for his rehab.

Hardik Pandya is very important for Indian team because of his contribution in both departments. He was also in good form and helped India in a tough situations. India picked Suryakumar Yadav and Mohammed Shami to replace him. Shami has been exceptional and has taken 14 wickets in three games, while SKY had a good innings of 49 runs against England. Though the group stage is almost done and India didn’t need Hardik so far, only time will tell how India will manage in knockouts.
