The opening session is scheduled to run from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, after which players will take the lunch interval. The second session will begin at 12:40 PM and continue until 2:40 PM. The final session is scheduled to start at 3:00 PM, with the day’s play set to end at 5:00 PM, subject to interruptions or a change in the match situation.
The second Test follows next, which will take place at Sinhalese Sports Club, Colombo, from 23rd to 27th August.
