Mumbai Indians (MI) and Punjab Kings (PBKS) are clashing in the Indian Premier League 2026 on Thursday, April 16. The match is taking place at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
MI have had a disappointing start to IPL 2026, winning just one out of the four matches they have played so far. They are on the back foot after losing three previous games in a row.
On the other hand, PBKS will be confident after their successful start. They have won three games, while one was abandoned due to rain. They will look to continue with their winning streak against Mumbai.
In match 24 of IPL 2026, Punjab won the toss and opted to field first. Notably, all-rounder Will Jacks is not part of MI‘s playing XI once again. He has not featured in any games so far in the tournament.
